Product case study
Elsepath
A private travel map for recording visited countries, keeping a trip image, and saving a short personal memory from each journey.
TravelWorld MapCountriesWeb App

The challenge
Travel memories are commonly scattered across photo libraries, map pins, and note apps. Elsepath explores a more personal alternative: a visual record that connects each visited country with a small amount of meaningful context.
What was built
- Use an interactive world map as the primary way to browse and update travel history.
- Keep each country entry intentionally concise with a visited state, image, and note.
- Design the interface around personal reflection rather than social sharing or itinerary planning.
Product decisions
- Make the world map the central product interaction.
- Keep entries private and lightweight instead of building a public travel network.
- Limit the information model to details that support a quick memory of each trip.
Delivered functionality
- Interactive country map
- Visited-country tracking
- Trip image storage
- Short notes for individual travel memories
- Responsive web application
Result
- A shipped and publicly accessible travel application.
- A single visual place for maintaining a private record of visited countries.
